I've lived on the West side of Cincy all of my life and had become so unhappy with the Home Depot near me I started going to the Lowes store further away. But they FINALLY are starting to do things right there! The store is MUCH cleaner and it seems like most of the rude people who used to work there are gone. They also managed to get someone in that store who actually KNOWS about plants! I'm a big gardener and Dave (I think he is actually with a company called Bell Nursery) is working there now and is very helpful and easy to deal with. Also love the appliance section and the staff there, too. Thanks for FINALLY doing it right!
