Slow Transportation on Orders

1. Prior to Home Depot in Juneau, we ordered from Tacoma Wa. It normally took about 1 1/2 to 2 weeks to receive a order. Now we have our own store special orders have been taking 6 to 8 weeks, I am going to try and order from Tacoma again to see if I can speed things up.
2. The local Home Depot has no one on staff that can help, almost everyone is new, over and over, what is wrong? Seems like a great place to work. No to say they do not have lots of employees, they are everywhere but when asked they can not help, on just about anything. I came back 4 days in a row at times given by employees to order a counter top before we finally had someone help and special order on the computer.
3. I was going to lay carpet, and Home Depot was by far the cheapest, carpet and installed, but again could not get it scheduled, so I tried to hire a local contractor, went to three and none would install home depots carpet, because it take to long to get someone to help pick it up, or have it ready, not just hours but sometimes days. So I ended up purchasing a higher cost carpet just to get someone to install it.
I love our Home Depot but someone in Corporate needs to fix our local Store so we can be assured it will be here in the future.
