We purchased a home through Brandon Coppock of Owner Finance Buyers, LLC. He personally handled the whole transaction from the beginning, to what we believed was the closing at an attorney's office. The home ended up with an undisclosed HOA (and HOA lien for $1,800.00) as well as an undisclosed mortgage by Jefferson Bank. We were told the property was "free and clear" of any existing liens and that person who the house was being sold for, was a cash investor.
NOTE TO SITE ADMIN: We went to our temporary injunction hearing on 7/11. Defamatory and slanderous statements could not be ruled on. No agreement could be reached on a monetary amount from the Plantiffs, therefore allowing us to repost our former complaints online as of 7/12. The temporary injunction has now officially expired. We have had the website updated and reviewed to make sure it does not contain defamatory or slanderous statements.
