I have had the misfortune of having to shop at this store a few times. I have found the staff to be very unhelpful and downright rude in their conduct. This store's employees are so unprofessional that a complete overhaul of this store is needed!!! Additionally, they don't have a clue about the products they sell and you can't depend on them to give you competent advice about home repairs or products!!! I was so disgusted that I decided to leave the store and research and buy the item I needed online via amazon.com.
Lowes, if you are reading this, please open a store in the Bronx. We desperately need an alternative to Home Depot!!!
