On Dec. 3, I made a horrible mistake of "thinking" I would buy just the living room carpet, then do one room at a time when I got my money saved back up - -pick out carpet, paid a 35.00 fee for the estimate, waited over two weeks for the estimate guy to be here, finally got that, then had to wait until only ONE person at the store coudl figure the whoel cost - -got the estimate and I thought it was to high, come to find out, they charge a "small charge" since it was only opne room - -which on that fact I stated day one and NO ONE said a word of thsi stupid "small charge"- -terrible service and flat lying is the word here. On the end they "pad" your ticket, wait PASS the deadline of when they were even supposed to install it and now that it is Christmas, I do not have my new carpet - -thanks a lot Lowe's!!
