Well I was tring to rent a appartment in Tacoma WA at Westmall appartments. Me and my friend fill the application and leave a holding fee. Two days later they call me and say that we need deposit and extra month deposit plus al the extra fee's so we decide not to get it because its to much money but what they say no refund on the holding fee I think they don't supost to do that because is a $100.00 that they keep for no reason.
