I informed them I'd delivered it thru my lender plus they had it. They explained they didn't have it. We named my lender plus they informed USAA it had been delivered and might deliver evidence of payment. I named back again to USAA to ensure Anything was okay however now they might not discover evidence of cost therefore my lender delivered another one. I named again simply to follow up plus they couldn't think it is again. So below we proceed again my lender delivered another. I call-back about the to begin April to determine what's happening and obtain informed they might not think it is but understand it had been delivered since there is an email having said that it was. I inform the man"Search I had been informed by USAA to not create another untill this gets solved" I told him my next motgage payment is due today and want to spend it and last weeks so when you discover the missing cash simply include it to next costthat'll provide you with a month to locate it. I informed him. This may be the 1st of April and that I have untill the 15th to obtain it in and need to understand why he's calling me about this about the first. (I understand why they believe they're not likely to obtain cash) and that I told him that. I also informed him I had been really disappointed with USAA of course if his foolish BOTTOM might have reddish the records he'd not be calling me since I created 2 funds. One to protect the one they dropped and also the one for this month plus they USAA nevertheless have one mortgage cost that's due me. I told him I had been paid current and he explained yes I was. POINT of story. USAA is simply another large bank. Their clame to remain behind the folks that offered and function within the military is all crap. Well that'll not be true.
