USAA lied repeatedly, cost me hundreds of dollars

USAA handles my truck loan and my truck/renters insurance.

On 15 Jan 08 I talked to a rep about an autopayment that hadn't been made that day. I told her that I was in my truck, working and couldn't go online to see my account. She confirmed that the payment hadn't been made, and we made arrangements for payments to come out of my checking on the 22nd and 29th of January.

The payment of the 15th actually had been made, so I had almost $600 less in my account than I thought. I ended up losing hundreds of dollars in fees/charges.

In March I talked to Larry in customer service. He told me that they would not send me copies of their policies/rules so that I could confirm what he was telling me.

I canceled all autopayments at that time. On April 18 USAA took another, unauthorized payment from my checking account. This company says anything that it wants over the phone, then does whatever it wants regardless of what it stated. USAA has no email address to handle problems.
