April 1999 we got an automobile loan thru USAA. The cost were immediately taken from our USAA bank account each month by USAA. July we popped a bank account having a nearby lender and USAA began subtracting the mortgage payemnts from that consideration - not a problem!!! Subsequently in September Section 13 bankruptcy was submitted and USAA was informed. The vehicle loan was present and USAA extended to withhold the cost from our bank account.in December USAA documented the mortgage as a few months overdue!!! Obviously, we demonstrated towards the courtroom the mortgage was present.
The mortgage was reduced in April. USAA has been confirming this mortgage like a charged-off bad-debt since May ansd as 3-month overdue. USAA will not correct this about the credit history and it'll remain on there till May. We're today reopening the Section 13 simply to understand this fixed.
