I moved to Guam for work. First, I'd work with a couple of months before getting the household. After settling into this rental (home with lawn), there started a number of issues that was never solved by Remax. Water could be so reduced that it'd spill from the showerhead. The bathroom would not eliminate and occasionally begin bubbling up and on the ground. They quit considerable amounts of garbage within the lawn - vehicle motor, range/range, big & little containers of color, containers, containers, and so forth. The screen security shudders, as guaranteed and created, were never mounted. I gave them observed plus they ignored me. Contacting Teri Untalan (broker) and Glenn Lujan (home supervisor) on the daily schedule became ineffective. Lastly, I strolled in to the workplace to provide a summary of instant needs/fixes towards the home director, Glenn Lujan. Obviously, dismissed. They delivered a plumber, in regards to a month before, and nothing has occurred since. I informed them declaring that I Will need my deposit back instantly which was overlooked. Therefore, I thought I Will reside below rent-free to get a month and endure really low water-pressure and my feces about the bathroom floor. Seems horrible but I am not making my tough-acquired profit there filthy fingers. Health risk, annoying, unacceptable to get a household atmosphere, lack of cash and time...
