Assisting homeowner with a short sale with Wamu Now Chase since January 12. Ten months and still no approval, counter or rejection. The file was lost several times. The short sale package faxed 8 times at their request!!! Negotiator finally assigned in August and still nothing is being done at all!
I have 8 files with Wamu/Chase and all of them are suffering the same exact fate. Missing files, missing negotiators, etc. Nothing being done on any of the files yet they are proceeding to foreclosure with no care at all!!! Wamu/Chase is nothing but a nightware to every realtor or professional that has done a short sale with them. I think they should be investigated to see the real reason they are losing files.
