I purchased a new 4bed 2bath manufactured home 11/12. From the day of settlement we have been dealing with one builder defect after another.including but not limited to sever sloped floors, a large hump on the marriage line, bulging roof, buckled siding, edge swelling, and all around unlevel (as much as 1 1/2 inchs off) home., peeling cabinets and much more. We hade incomplete built-ins until until 10/16 & improper disclosier. Of possible defects with sheet linoleum. I have wall to wall linoleum with deflextion marks all over. The microwave that should have already been installed was not. It was installed a few days before the New Year. When I called Whirl Pool for service they informed me my warrenty had expired 5/21. They said that Eagle River Homes purchased the unit 5/21. We didn't even purchase the home until 9/26. HUD got involved and they were even more useless. Than Heritage Homes & ERH refuses to provide us written reports on a water level test or re-level.
