I placed an offer on a short sale property January. We have gone through 15 weeks and still have heard nothing from the lender... Chase. This is totally unacceptable in today's world with all the technology. These negotiators will not return messages... What is the problem? Does CHASE need more bailout money? Not happy at all with the service from this lender!
