Hello, i am dissapointed in the feedback coments which i took. The service was great and i was asked by the repair man to fill in how the service was? The service was excellent. The complaint is after i filled out the survey i received a notice where i had been awarded a fifty dollar certificate. I was asked to fill out another survey to receive the gift. I did that and the survey came back asking for a cell phone no. I donot have a cell and my survey was rejeccted. What is the problem did i win or not? I donot have a cell and donot intend to get one. I guess this was all a big lie, if i had it to do over i would grade the whole thing unsatisfactory. I nam dissapointed in this survey. Dont ever ask me to complete another.
