On-Line Survey - customer Survey

I was given a receipt and told by the sales associate that I had been randomly chosen to go on-line and fill out a quick survey and receive $10 off my next $50 purchase. I have spent that last 30 minutes trying to find the survey site. Each time I fill in the DicksSportingGoods.com/feedback I am taken to different sites without the survey. I want my coupon.
