I had my website hosted with Advanced access and had a question about online optimization. I talked to one of there people on the phone for about 5 minutes. The next thing I new, I was being charged $299.95 a month. When I called them to complain and get my money back they said they would have a manager call me by the next Monday. I have called 7 times and never get a return call from anyone. They have taken my $900 when I never signed up for anything, and still have not recieved any return calls. 14 days later. I will be disputing this with my credit card company but don't have time to waste this time of year or ever. Just thought you and every one else should be aware of Advanced access. I didn't know the Access stood for (access to my credit card).
