I signed up with Advanced access for hosting my web site. I wanted to find out what they offered for search engine Optimization. I asked to speak with someone to find out what they offered. I did not sign up for or acknowledge that I wanted to be put on this service. I didn't know that I was being charged for talking to this person until three months later. The total charge was $900.00. I called on the 3 of Dec. To dispute these charges and was told that I would recieve a call back probably on Monday. It is not Dec. 17 and I have called 7 times and have not been able to talk to a manager or anyone that can resolve my complaint. Yesterday I was on hold for almost an hour until I finally hung up. This is my next option to let everyone I can know that Advanced access has very poor customer service. I also discontinued my service with them. Unhappy about being charged for something I never signed up for.
