Mislead, misrepresented and ripped me off. Make SURE you get everything dated and in writing! They are unethical!

For months Advanced Access solicited me. They did a good job selling me on their customer service, ease to work with and how superior their web site is compared to my current provider.
Advanced Access told me they would give me a free 30 day trail web site and that their customer service was better than any other provider.
Within the 30 day period I called Advanced Access 2 times to cancel, I left one voice message. Shortly after my 30 day trail period ended I followed up with an email to make sure they got my message and my notice to cancel. I explained that my web site had not been activated, I didn't have a domain name, and had called 2 times to cancel. She said she could cancel my agreement, that my 30 days had passed but she could offer me another 30 trial period and that the trial period wouldn't start until the site was up and running. On that same day I went through the process of setting up my new domain name and selections for my web site template. Later I found out she had lied and prior to the conversation they had already charged my credit card 2 times for a Web site that never existed.
Again prior to the expiration of the 2nd 30 day period, with my web site active I called and left a voice message to cancel my site.in 2 days I received a voice message from their customer service deptment that they received my notice and would proceed with my cancellation. Little did I know that they lied again. Realizing something was wrong because I never heard back from Advanced Access I followed up again this time by email 8 days later I received an automated email response saying they received my notice and will be responding as soon as possible. I immediately called the customer service dept. Concerned because nobody called me back from my prior request and it took 8 days for a response.
This is where they showed their real colors. I talked to Katina who said she was a MANAGER. I explained all that happened and she implied that I was a liar and according to her notes and records what I said was impossible that they document every conversation in their personal notes. After 20 minutes of arguing with her I asked if she was going to cancel my web site and she said she couldn't because it was after the 30 day trial period only a MANAGER could authorize the cancellation. ANOTHER LIE! When I asked her if I could be transfered she said no that it would take about 4-5 days for him to get back to me, that he is to busy.
A couple days later I received and phone call from Phil the manager during an appointment so I had to call him back later that day. During our conversation Phil had no interest in listening to anything I said. He said " I should have known better" than to accept the offer to extend my 30 day trial period and said no. When I tried to explain that my site was not even up and running in the first 30 days he said it takes about 3 months to get the site up and running. We argued for about 30 minutes and he had a condescending come back for every legitimate fact I presented. Unbelievable how nasty this guy is. As you can imagine he rejected my request to cancel my web site.
The next day I went down to my bank and explained the details, showed her the 3 charges to my account within the last 60 days she was puzzled why they would charge me for a service I didn't receive (the 1st 30 days) in fact they charged me 2 times for the first 30 days. Later that same day she contacted Advanced Access explained what had happened and they told her all I had to do was call and cancel the agreement. Thinking that Advanced Access had come to the realization that they had made a mistake I called them again and got the same story, TO BAD WE WILL NOT REFUND YOU ANYTHING!!!
2 days later I went back to the bank to see if my debit card had the same rights as a credit card, if I could dispute the charges, she said that I did and called Advanced Access again. She out them on speaker phone and she explained the details of what had happened. She found out that they DO NOT record the phone conversations and only go by the notes in the customer service reps enter into the computer. How convenient!
In my 19 years as a Realtor I have never done business with such a unethical, manipulative company. They will tell you anything until your 30 days expires, to trick you into an agreement that has no mention of a contract start date and no mention of fees for service. Do not believe anything advanced access tells you they will lie and rip you off!!!
