My apartment has flooded three times. On every occasion of flooding apartment owner has been contacted. These problems have only been temporalily covered not actually fixed. My major concerns with these problems are that my five children have to reside in these conditions of mold and disgust. This slumlord only states that finacial issues have not been resolved, and that if I am unhappy to get out. I have not been moved nor satisfied. I have pictures of several issues with our home. All of the windows in the complex are dry rotted and seperating from the seals. Most of the windows have been painted shut so that will not open. My cabinets have molded underneath my sink. They have painted over the mold to try and satisfy me. I have spoke with several people with the City of Raleigh. I need to feel that my children are living in safe and sanitary conditions. This has been an on going situation with these people. I just need to get some resolution to these problems. Thank you for taking the time to read this. I have only stated some of the major issues.
