Banker name, Samuel Ayala, El Cajon Branch. He opened a checking account for me at the same time I applied for a refinance, and told me I would get a $700 credit through a Citi at Work program. I did not get a dime back after I closed the loan. He basically lied to and deceived me the whole entire time. He did not give me detailed information on how to get the credit by setting up a direct deposit, which he never mentioned to me, nor did he provide me with the direct deposit form to take to my employer.
However, during the entire refinance process he assured me that I would get the $700 credit. I closed the account, and I am going to refinance with another bank just to cut off business with Citibank. Now I see I am not alone in being unhappy with Citibank. There are thousands of customers who write dissatisfaction reviews about Citibank.
