Ad customer service, false information, no apologizing or making it right for their customers. - Refinance Home Loan

Banker name, Samuel Ayala, El Cajon Branch. Opened me a checking account at the same time applied for a refinance, told me I will get a $700 credit through a citi at work program. I did not get a dime back after closed the loan. He basically lied and deceived me the whole entire time and did not give me detail information on how to get the credit by setting up a direct deposit which he never mentioned to me nor did he provided me with the direct deposit form to take to my employer. However during the entire refinance process he assured me and said I will get the $700 credit. I closed the account and Im going to refinance with another bank just to cut off business with citibank. Now I see i'm not alone that is not happy with citibank there are thousands customers that writes dissatisfaction reviews about citibank.
