I have been shopping for carpet for a little while as mine got damaged (PAINTED) By the guys who did my living room / dinning area. After a little self education on the net and the local carpet shops as well as home depot AND the infamous "CALL EMPIRE TODAY" I came upon BAY CARPET to me a local guy, as I live in Queens NY, Bayside that is. Well my thoughts of going LOCAL instead of the big box companys PAID OFF BIG TIME!
From the first few minutes of speaking with one of the managers named Carl, I pretty much knew i was buying from him.
He listened to my sad story of being out of work (who isn't theses days) and gave me a great deal way less the EMPIRE, and it was done TODAY.installers were neat quick and polite.
Way to go baycarpet
