OK I've been living in the same apartment complex "Grand Reserve at Kirkman" just a little under 2 years, and I've been paying rent to walden Pacific / equilease, / newera management. Those are the names the company is going by., and the apartment unit I lived in went into foreclosure, now I'm in the 2nd apartment and as for my conversation with the unit owner, she is in default on her way to foreclosure, I'm afraid to pay rent, it might not get to the owner I had a conversation with he someone that worked with the company and she mentioned that the company was taking the money and using it for their personal use. As for Susan lupin one of the managers of said companies is putting x amount of money in he bank account and bought a house out side the country. It's not only happening in this complex is also happening over at the Madison at metro west, which some of the unit are managed under the said companies mentioned above. Over 70 units from the same company has gone into foreclosure within a year. I really don't think we should blame the economy. What should we call this complaint embezzlement, laundering money... I know that this is a big accusation. But I have witnesses! Please help... I'm scared... What are my rights...
