Dr Nikki Walden and Genova Diagnostics
Disputing bill from Genova Diagnostics

I consulted Dr Nikki Walden for a medical procedure. She told me the cost would be a little over $100.00 which I paid her. A few weeks later, I got a bill from Genova Diagnostics for 692.53. I called for an explanation and the billing department told me that it was related to the services done by Dr Nikki Walden. I told them that Dr Walden never mentioned any other costs. Genova told me that I was responsible for these charges. I called Dr Walden's office and they told me to ignore the bill.in the meantime, Genova has sent my account to a collections service.
