Our condo complex lately had a big change in administration to Lyon Administration (who royally sucks) plus they likewise transformed power businesses to NW&P. Because the change my water, sewage and trash expenses have increased significantly more than doubling with no you can show me why. I've lived within this unit for weeks without any difficulties with my expenses and when NW&G began performing the payment Iam spending nearly $100 for water, sewage and trash FOR 2 individuals residing in a device. We are spending $40 for TRASH and all we get is just a dumpster WITHOUT ANY recycling. I have requested NW&G to describe in my experience why my trash statement is $40 and show-me the break down of the trash statement however all-they inform me is the fact that they cannot tell me something and I've to keep in touch with my condo complex if i need more solutions. And undoubtedly, my condo complex informs me to keep in touch with NW&G and so Iam going nowhere. NW&P doesn't have clarification why my expenses are far more today, except that "prices have increased" yes actually they went up correct as NW&P got around.

I think it is ridiculous that i spend nearly $100 for water, sewage and trash when just my sweetheart and that I reside in our condo. And of course the prices I am being charged for water and sewage modifications each month which NW&R statements is basically because the price is produced by just how much water and sewage my WHOLE complicated uses. But I am still not informed how they develop that price within the first place.
I am BEYOND disappointed. I understand NW&G is just a damaged organization getting extravagant levels of water sewage and trash prices. I simply realize I won't reside in a complex again that employs NW&P. They're tearing everybody down!
