I called the hotline. The final reported day they obtained my payment was in Sept-the final month I settled the whole mortgage in one single cost. I've created three funds since with Octis two funds (which equal significantly more than my mortgage) not being documented, or my cost in November. Bear in mind, my banking account was debited. Which means, they've my cash... Haven't documented it plus they are threatening me. Additionally... It's nothing like they've been 'rejecting' the cash and placing it back to my bill.
I hate the corporation. It's no surprise they're declining. I really hope they are doing at this time therefore another organization may take over my mortgage.
Have other people had this problem? What do I actually do? Any authorized try to consider my home by them might back-fire when I have evidence they've approved my cash but I'm still frightened. Just how can a business do that?
