I'm in agreement with all that's been said about saxon mortgage. They equally our loan after about 9 mos, and since then we've had only real hell. We cannot speak with a live individual, so when we do they're uncaring and have no idea the mortgage history. We decided to the $1,000 more monthly ($3,000), which we was not able to complete, but decided because we were told which was the only way we could keep your home. We purchased the house in 2007 and was designed to go in having a $40,000 equity. What occurred to that particular? We cannot find refinanced. Others are composing, calling us to try and help us, but we feel we have to stick with them until we discover what the government is doing.
