I've been attempting to purchase a "short-sale" house since July 17th that's being offered by Saxon Mortgage. After providing me a number of different tales previously a few months, I noticed recently the quantity I provided (that was the entire record cost) was rejected. They determined they desired 30K significantly more than they initially outlined the home for.
