Saxon Mortgage Services: Reconstructed home loan May 21. Haven't overlooked one cost. Saxon says we've created no payments since Oct even though that people have cerified-shipped and sent the evidence of funds. Thet required $15,500.00 upon mortgage renovation and not informed us where it went. Today they've submitted a standard otice 24 Dec. We've spoken to WISH TODAY and also have a HUD Therapist by 01/31/09. We've not created our Jnauary payment since Saxon didn't recoed the Dec payment and delivered Nov cost. Along with our $15K they've over $8000.00 in escrow after fees paid in December. Along with all of this we've equally been let go. Our home has fallen in the price of $679,000.00 in Sept. 2005 to $425,000.00 today. Can anybody direct us to some class-action suit? Milaena
