Contract was signed on Oct 1 and my attorney asked on Oct 2 to either terminate the contract or ask for an extension. The attorney review has not been finalized and has not even started yet. They refused to return my deposits and I have been waiting for 3 months. They did not terminate my contract, refused to return deposits when the contract is not binding yet since attorney review has not been finalized, and took other offers in the meantime. Is it legal?
