Sent Auto Protection Alliance down payment for a service contract for my 2009 Dodge Avenger. I was told I had 30 days to review contract if I did not want it I would be able to return it for a refund. I sent the contract back within the 30 days, that was back in July it is now December I still have not received my down payment. I have called several times.
