Bought a dishwasher and agreed on an install date.installer called and changed date.installer called again to say they can't make it. I called Lowe's install department. The install manager was more interested in assigning blame than helping me. She explained it was the sales persons fault for promising a date. She then blamed the install company for missing the date. Both may be true but that doesn't help me. I called to get resolution to a commitment the store made to me. The install manager just wanted to put the burden on me to find another date that was convenient for them.
