We paid for a hot water heater and installation from Lowes in Peoria, Illinois. We had to wait five days for them to get out here and when the installer arrived, he refused to install the appliance, saying the fit was too tight against the wall. My husband offered to help him lift the water tank and still the installer refused to install the product.
Lowes offers slow, rude and unreliable service. Stay away from this store.
