They sell seconds as firsts and blame the installer consequently taking money out of checks ruthlessly

Lowes is selling seconds in their flooring department. They send the installer out with it and if it does not satisfy the customer then the installer is blamed, consequently charged material price and labor. If installer refuses to install defective product he is replaced. This has happened to me several times
