We ordered Kitchen Kraftmaid Cabinets from our Easton Lowes store. They were delivered by the Kraftmaid company to our home on the 3rd of July. We also hired an Cabinet installer through Lowes. The installer had a date of the 10th of July to install these cabinets. The first thing, as they were un boxing the cabinets, the installer and his crew damaged our kitchen floor. Then they found that a cabinet was missing and a large cabinet was wrong size. The installers crew then went on to install a temporary cabinet in the missing area thinking we could get our countertop templated. When they went to install that, they drug the cabinet along the floor causing yet even more damage to the new floor in our kitchen. Then they installers crew took the boxes that the cabinets were in and decided to cut them down in our dining room on our New wood floors, using a cutting knife and cut with the knife into the wood floor. We spoke with the installer, and he stated..."we did not do that". We have pictures of the floor prior to the cabinet install, and after the cabinet install. Lowes refuses to work with this issue. Then the next occurrance... The Replacement cabinet comes in from Kraftmaid, represented by Lowes, and that cabinet is damaged (damaged by the company they hired to deliver the cabinet). We are now on the 5th cabinet replaced by Kraftmaid, represented by Lowes, and all of the cabinets have come in damaged, wrong color, etc. The tall/large replacement cabinet came in from Kraftmaid and that one was wrong color. Today the second replacement came in, and we have not opened it yet. The damage to our floors was denied repair by Lowes, they do not follow through with the cabinet problem, and We will not allow the installers who originally damaged our home back in our home and Lowes refuses to allow any other installer to come out and finish the job. We had to hire our own installer. (Our floors were less than a week old in the kitchen and a month old in the dining room. We do not live in the home as of yet do to the repairs so no one had even used these floors) Lowes refuses to stand behind their product, their workmanship and customer service.
