Absolute jerk, called me names, told me to fight with Home Depot if I wanted my money back. I know they are hired by Home Depot as iindependents, but I would never let an installer from Home Depot in my house again. No apology, nothing. Home Depot has forced me to wtite10 emails and call over 10 times to try to just to start and deal with the problem and no one, I mean no one has called me back. I can't even find out how to get a refund. Each supervisor has lied and told me they had taken care of it and would call me back and not one has. DONT DONT DONT go through this experience with them. You will not be happy and after over a week I have no resolution and can get no one to answer my emails or call me back.
