The Home Depot located on Chimney Rock & West Belfort Houston, Tx. The delivery & installation servives is not consistent. The Home Depot had promised free delivery & installation of washing & drying machine including pedestal for each appliance. But the delivery/installation crew will not mount the appliances on the pedestals twice. And each time the items were retrned to the Home Depot becuase I could not offer the crews extra cash for installation. Twice they came with excuses in order to obtain extra cash from me. It is approximately one month now Home Depot is holding my pedestals that were fully paid. Now I am being informed by sales agent that I will have to pay money for the pedestal to be installed. This is a completely failed promise from Home Depot. This is unlike Lowes. I find it difficult to shop Home Depot in future.
