I start my report by asking "what is the deal with Home Depot"? I used to really like Home Depot but the last few years this company has been sliding down hill in quality, service and everything else.
I went to Home Depot a few weeks ago to buy a security door and have it installed. Im not going to get into all the long drawn out deatails about my experience with Home Depot. Just let me say this, the service was very slow and poor, the door installed looks as though it may have been abused as it has warped and bent area's, the installation of the door was not to my satisfaction and I had questions concerning this installation that were never answered. When I called both the installer Bonnie/Jacks Remodeling and Home Depot neither one bothered to return my calls.
Basically they have taken my money and have ignored my phone calls and my complaints.
As I stated at the beginning of this report I have watched Home Depot slowly go into a down hill slide from bad to worse over that last few years. This recent experience I have had with them has convinced me that i will never again shop at Home Depot and I will recommend to all my friends and relatives to do the same.
