I bought a Toro mower from these people, and it was in the shop the first year and every year after. This year it has been in the shop 4 times, and they keep it for 2 weeks or more each time. I called and complained about this mower, but they just don't care how much trouble it is, and they won't replace it. This will be the 2nd crankshaft on a 4 year old mower.
