Loan Modficiation Process

I applied for a loan modification on November 16, for my first and second mortgages with Chase, Today is April 18 and no determination has been made yet. I have submitted documents over and over. No one calls me even though I have two Customer Assistance Specialists assigned to my loans. When I do call to speak to my specialists, mailboxes are full. I asked to speak to a manager and his mailbox was full. I call constantly and keep getting the same answer that my process is almost done. I'd like to keep my home but if I can't get a determination, I will need to surrender it. This process has been horrible. All I want is an answer to determine if should keep our home or not.
