American Advisors Group—very poor service

I am dealing with a person on the east coast (the initial connection) and a processor on the west coast. Neither seem to be communicating with each other or with me. Having spent nearly a lifetime in jSales management and customer service, these jokers need to hire me to straighten out their poorly performing departments.
