West Coast Storm doesn't pay Employees for hours worked on the job. West Coast Storm is paid by Caltrans and under the agreement the employees are to be paid prevailing wages which West Coast Storm does not do and falsifies paperwork that turned into Caltrans.
West Coast Storm also falsifies reports for Caltrans on excavation requests claiming they dug upo a utility when in fact they did not dig it. West Coast Storm also subs out work to people who dont even have the proper insurance and then claims West Coast did the work.
