Everything "Truth Be Known" stated is 100% true and factual. If you are looking for a job, then stay away from Synergy Management who clouds themselves under the name of Coast to Coast Auto Glass. Not only will you be expected to work long, long hours, but you will do so 6 days a week. You will be taught to lie to unsuspecting customers in order to gain their business. However, due to poor installation practices and pathetic customer service relations, chances are, you WILL NOT get paid!
