Do not get involved with Coast to Coast Advertising. Coast to Coast has very false advertising and a flimsy contract. We were told that we would be paying for a placemat ad at a local restaurant for a year but after several months to our surprise we never received a copy of the placemat nor did the restaurant we were supposed to advertise with. We have been told repeatedly by Coast to Coast that it is the restaurants responsibility to put the placemats out but the restaurant never received any placemats from Coast to Coast. I have asked Coast to Coast several times to send me a copy of the Contract with this particular restaurant and location along with a copy of the placemat that they supposedly sent them and they will not respond to this. Since then Coast to Coast has deducted another fee from our account even though we still have not seen any placemats in this restaurant. We are familiar and have spoken with the owner of the restaurant and he never signed anything with Coast to Coast for placemats ads. Coast to Coast has stated that they will give a refund but we still have not seen this refund. Coast to Coast to being very hard to deal with and has no interest or concerns for their customer satisfaction. I believe that we have been completely ripped off by this company and are in the process of seeking legal counsel for our well deserved refund.
