I called Mr. Smith to repair shingles blown off my roof on 1/30. He arrived within 2 days of the initial call and effected temporary repairs to the roof and fascia wrap before the damage became any more severe. The rsponsiveness was crucial as others I called did not return my call. He wrote up a reasonably priced estimate to replace the roof.in addition, he provided detailed instructions describing the exact nature of the damage so I could accurately report all salient information to my insurance company.in short, he was responsive, professional, thorough and personable. I was very satisfied. I will be bringing him back in the warmer weather to replace the entire roof.
