Contracted re-roof with andrews roofing (orlando, florida). Shingles not attached in accordance with building codes (concealed and only visible from attic).
Shingles fastened into roof decking seams and will not hold secure. Some nails verified to be non-galvanized. Attached shingles over wet tar paper against manufactures directions and voids warranty on shingle. May set up mold and wood rot issues later.
Roof leaked horribly prior to shingling and I sustained severe interior drywall and wall water damage that they are not responding to to have fixed.
Find and use another roof company!
