Fannie's Mae's DU system that allows for automatic underwriting of their DU Refi Plus loans only allows for up to 2 borrowers on the loan to show up in their system. This is a HUGE problem because i have both my parents on my loan and somehow I do not appear in their system, which is preventing me from doing the DU refi plus loan without keeping them on. This IS NOT a DU refi plus requirement and I find it absurd that I should have to have my parents on a loan for a home they do not live in, nor have ever paid for, just to satisfy Fannie Mae 's antiquated computer system. Numerous phone calls to Fannie Mae have not resolved this problem.
