This Company Is the most dishonest and heartless owners I have ever met.
I live here very shortly, we were told 399 moves you in, we we absoultly desprite so we made the deal so we had somewhere to sleep. It start getting fishy from the moment we signed our lease, it was suposse to be 149.00 a week and after signing almost the complete lease on the very last couple pages I noticed it said it was going to be 193.00 a week. This is just were it began. Our place looked ok, livable we thought we were sweet talked right into giving them the money. The first little problems started with the floor coming up after only a couple days, then the bugs starting coming out they did not do any pest control after we moved in, it was done the day we moved in so they could rent it and then once they knew they had our lease signed we no longer matters until rent day, which was every Friday, so for the month we were paying $ 800.00 dollars a month for a small two bedroom trailer.
Then a few more days past and that's when the sewer started baking up, in the bathtub and the toilets. We put work orders in and everyday they would say; we be there tomorrow, then tomorrow and so on we live there for two months before I gave up and decided this was not a fit home for my child. Within this time I was hired to work for there company as the park manager, I needed the money so I took the job. I was warned by several previous employees don't work there they wont pay you!
But I needed the job, I was completely creeped out my the owner Glen Pearson, I would be in the office just doing my job, and then he would call me a repeat my conversation exactly, the conversation I had right there at that moment, this would happen through out my day at work, Glen calling me saying what I could say and could not say, telling me that the people that come in to pay and sign a lease are number one, but once we have the money we are told they do not matter.
He watched me all day everyday from 8am until 8pm at night like I was the latest realty TV show.
I did not feel like I was a manager I was honestly a tele marketer. Anyone that calls there phone number is doomed, they will keep your phone number for there phone list that they make you call all day, nagging and repetitively calling these people to the point were we are being called every cuss word you can image and it goes on all the way to death threat and them telling us they are going to come find us. The maintenance here is given materials to cover the mold in the walls, floors just as long as it will look ok they do not care if you have children or not. I have several complaints everyday, please have someone come fix the sewer. Ect. I have one woman crying saying she didn't know what to do because he son had asthma when they first moved in but now it was getting extreme because of the water leaks and mold left unfixed and hidden.

the list could go on forever.
Everyone in these properties pay extra every week for pest control, maintenance and more.
This places are not safe for children to be in these people are straight up slum lords.
We were made to take hold deposits of places that did not even exist! People would come in to get there keys to there home and we would not have them and tell them I'm sorry it was in the contract you signed that if there's no places available then you have the option to move into another location, which we in completely different towns and all much worse we only were allowed to show the best units even know we knew there we putting money down of something completely different. And if they choose not to move to a different location then they loose there whole deposit.
I only worked there a week due to I could not live there or do there evil deeds.
I was told I was fired once I told them I just could not live there, she had me turn everything in right there and then and sent me home.
I worked over 55 hours in five days.
I was told I would be paid 455.00 a week and comision and lease bonuses. I oh course was lied to and after only a week I knew I was going to be screwed by them. They held my check back for a week as normal and then on that following friday I went and picked up my check and checked it I was only 277.00 for all of my time. I comfronted them ' and I know glen was watching through his carmera' and they made a copy of my paycheck and said they would fix it. I called and called and they said that that would be my only pay, they said that I did not sign the papers to be a property manager, which I did and I told them that I did and she said no you had to do that with Glen him self becsaue he hade to sign them too. I dont care what they say, what they are trying to paying me is not legal period. I worked over 55 hours and even at minimum wage wage my check should have been 409.00 and that is not including my 15 hours of overtime or my bonuses I was promised.
I took my underpaid paycheck to my bank and they would not even cash it, so I had to go to a different bank. They have been doing this to many people, there has been at least five people work there within one month, they fire you after a week or so basically after they find out if you will do there dirty deeds or not.
Another shady thing is if you work there for more than a week they make you sign your paycheck over to them and then they pay you cash. I believe there is some kind of federal fraud going on here, some way that they are pocketing your taxes. There is nothing about this company that is honest.
They get away with this time and time again because they know the people they let in are poor and in need of a home, and being poor they know they do not have money for a lawyer or legal help.
There is more and more that I could go on about but now I will be taking legal action against them not only for my pay, but for the previous employees, and all the poor children living in shacks that are unsanitary and unsafe. This place is not even good enough for all of the poor homeless cats that are so sickly from the trash and mange going around.
