The deny to talk to me and work oput payments plans other than take it out my check they are rude through the phone also, never return my calls or messages

This collection company denies to talk to me and every message or call i leave is never returned to me also, they deny to work out payment plans with me other than to take it out my check without me knowing this was done and so far the people i have spoken to are very rude to me. I called this morning and they asked me if i was going to make a payment and i said no and so they did not let me speak to anybody and as always they said she would return my call back and never did.
