My husband and I went to drive time to buy a car after we crashed our PT Cruiser. They were willing to work with us with what we and wanting a van. We got it and from the 1st payment they started to hassel us. I called them and told them that we would be late on a payment and they told us that we needed to have the money there by time they close or bring the van back. They were very rude and nasty. We were on time with our payments from that time on. We moved to Page AZ and we got behind and I called them and they said that they would mail me the papers to put our missed payments at the end. They never came and kept calling my husband work and my family members. We got it taken care of and got back on track of our payments till my husband lost his job I called them to work something out with them and they were very rude and nasty and just told me that I needed to make my payments. We made a big payment in december when we got a chunck of money. I called them after that about putting the missed payments at the end and picking up where we left off and of course they told me that they were going to mail the papers for me to sign. They never came after a week so I called them about it and they told me that they went out. I kept e-mailing them and calling them about it and no one ever return my my calls or my e-mails. I got a e-mail saying that I had four days left and I needed to contact them right away. I try to call them and I got no answer. I left a message for the hundredth time. So on my husband birthday they came and took the van because I supposely didn't make a payment in four months. The next morning I called them about it and the person that I talked to was very rude. He yelled and me and told me that I didn't pay my bills and that is what happen when you do pay your bills and bilittle me the entire time and I asked for a supervisor and he would not transfer me to one and ended up hanging up on me. I called back and talked to a supervisor and he did nothing about and told me that if I wanted my van back that I need to pay $2500. There is no way that I could come with that kind of money in 14 days.
I had a co-worker that called them and told them to come and the van that her husband was paying on due to he was in jail and she could not drive and didn't want the van anymore they just called her work and just yelled at her to make the payments because she was the co-signer and asked to be took off the loan because she couldn't drive and didn't want it on her credit report and they called her everything in the book. They are very disrespectful peopel and need to be put out of business.
They just are a company that preys on people with bad credit and in need of car at that time. They will harsse you and your family no matter what. They will call your work place to talk to you when told not too. They don't care they you have kids and need to get around and get to work. They won't work with you at all. They need to be stopped from harressing people.
