And Chris Smith threatening and intimidating use of words and false unproven accusations

My husband and I both have been receiving harrassing phone calls from this collection agency. Whenever we try to return the call, we get a recording and we leave messages and don't get anyone to return the call. Yet they continue to have a pre recorded message that they play when they call and basically, here is what it says: "This is Chris Smith and you are directly involved with a business matter that my office has been hired to handle. You apparently do not realize the seriousness of this matter. It is imperative that you call me immediately. I must speak to you before making my decision and you do not want me to make a decision without talking with you." He says it in a very threatening and intimidating manner.

Once when I returned the call, when the person picked up the phone, I said "what is the name of this company?" because he answered the phone with "how can i help you"? When I asked the name of his company he said "who is this, is this %" and he said my name. I said "I asked you the name of this company, please identify yourself " he totally ignored me and spoke over me and said again "is this %"? I told him not to continue leaving me rude messages unless he was going to tell me who he was with and what this was about. He said "yeah, whatever lady" and he hung up on me. VERY VERY rude and unprofessional and obviously unaware of the Fair Debt Collection laws!
